Well, we had to use our preciouses the other week and was only left with £6  , but had Nine little beauties come back to me last night, so up to £24 already :j .

They are definitly being saved this time as no emergencies forseen (I know you can't really forsee emergencies, but you know what I mean! )

The theatre where we went last night to see my niece in a show were selling programmes and had a whole cash tin full of them - I was very tempted to change up all my money there and then! :D

happy.gifI got a £2 coin in change today! It's the first one I've had in weeks and it means that I'm now up to £82, except I've already banked / spent £80 of it on the greenhouse, growbags, plants and seeds. Now reaping the benefits as the potatoes are almost ready, we have a daily supply of lettuce and what looks like plenty of tomatoes, peppers & veggies for the summer. And to think I had almost given up hope of ever seeing another coin!
I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Can I please join the challenge? I will try to find a sealed pot and weigh it. Aim to use the savings for xmas shopping.
Well done everyone - after reading this thread I don't think I will ever see a £2 coin in the same way.
