can i join please i,m trying to save £400 by march for a holiday spending money fund the OH and I have already got £200 so if we spend it then and then restart does that count?

I banked£120 a weekago and have about £12 in the tin. They are really hard to find tho-- do we all have the locked away:rolleyes:
I'm trying to save for a holiday, we havn't had one inyrs, how about everyone else?? the problem is that savings are such a novelty to me that I have found that I can't bring myself to spend it (what a twit!)

Think I will join too. I have been sticking mine in a Teramundi pot since New Year. Don't think I have that much tho. I always ask in the shops when I am being given change, if they have any £2 coins. I may get one or two, most times I get none.........but today, I got 7.......................very happy.

I think this is a brilliant way of saving and there are many others that are doing the same.

Onwards and upwards....is the way to go...........:)

Got another one today in Lyme Regis so up to £32 now since January 1st. That averages out at one every other day but sometimes it seems like we don't get any for days on end.
