Tetley Red Bush tea after about 6pm, during the week. Fridays and Saturdays I make a bit more effort and attempt more restauranty meals. I do like to have a glass or three of wine whilst eating (and cooking:o).0

tea, lemonade or cola with ice and lemon. Tomato juice with worcester sauce and pretend it's a bloody mary! Sometimes though only wine does if there's a Y in the day
we try not to drink alcohol on a "work" night though. Don't always succeed though
Especially if there's some left from Sunday as is now and it's sitting in the kitchen calling my name :hello:

Tea, mostly. I keep coffee only for when I get up in the morning - if I don't, I can't stop drinking it all day! In warmer weather, I buy elderflower or lime cordial and have it with tap water or soda water. Otherwise, I just buy herbal or fruit teas and soft drinks when they are on offer.0

I drink redbush (rooibos) tea in the evening - if i'm not drinking wine. I usually have a glass or two of wine over the weekend (but tonight i am having one after a crap day). I usually drink 2 cups of coffee a day but daren't drink it after about 2pm.
Rooibos is naturally caffeine free - i love it so much I even took some to South Africa with me (talk about coals to newcastle)I wanna be in the room where it happens0 -

sorry to hijack the thread... but that is really interesting... my rosacea is getting really bad at the moment... right - from now on I am caffeine free!Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0 -
If i`m working early shifts i drink coffee early doors, i make a cafetiere full then drink a cup and pour the rest into an insulated mug and take it to work with me. I drink fruit tea all day and then ordinary tea later.
If i`m working late shifts i drink fruit and normal tea all day and no coffee at all. At night i drink the same but sometimes have wine or a nip of something else if we have it in. We make the wine so its pretty cheap.
My most recent vice was mixed red berry fruit tea with amaretto in it before bedI also love hot choc with a nip of brandy

I like my wine, but managed to put on 2 stone after my daily treat habit.
Now I find that non-sweet drinks, such as ginger beer and cream soda do the trick. I don't like fizzy, so I let them go flat before drinking.Member #14 of SKI-ers club
