Property value is removing GE Money who require a minimum valuation of 100k. They ignore defaults under £250. GMS - Is criteria like this able to budge? The property was on the market for 120k so could a valuation hit over 100K ? Or do they only consider price sold?0

They will base lending on the LOWER of the purchase price OR valuation.
