Phone missing from box

It was a blackberry handset.

Unlike other manufacturers they dont seal the box with a seal as you see with other manufacturers phones, instead its more of a sticker.

Never the less it didnt look like it had been pealed and the box seemed as new and unopened.

hmm, thanks for the advice, i'll approach three, my employer and then the courier if needed.

because it is in a courier branded bag does not mean the courier packs them.

i send goods by fedex and i just order a batch of their bags so i can bag the items up and priont the labels from their website or sometimes the courier brings the labels and applies to the bag.

it is like you go to the post office and purchase post bags/boxes and bag the items yourself.

in your case maybe someone took the phone out to test this and forgot to place it back in the box before the box was sealed and posted.
