Pocket PC phones - unlockable?

Hello, does anyone know of a way to unlock the pocket PC phones?

Specifically, I'm talking about the models based on the HTC Qtek 9000:

T-Mobile's MDA Pro
02's XDA Exec
Vodafone's V1640

tmobile - yes, but meanth completely reloading the software as far as i remember
my o2 (xda2i) was unlocked already
