This page shows you the 3 for £10 at ASDA. So you can compare with prices at Tesco.

The Vina Albali Tempranillo is on at ASDA at 3 for 10 and at Tesco for £5.99 each.
So if my maths is right...
You buy 6 at Tesco and the real cost is £35.94. Minus the 25% and you pay £26.95.
The JTD voucher from the full price to the ASDA price is £35.94 - £20 = £15.94.
In other words you have really paid about £11 for those 6 bottles.
Now we need someone to try and confirm this! Any takers!?0 -

It kicked in on October 1st. See bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-15125064 in which SNP's Nicola Sturgeon explains how people are being enticed by these discounts to buy and drink 3 bottles of wine together instead of one. Presumably, buying a crate of beer instead of one can doesn't have the same effect (the thirst must be affected by the cardboard container). In terms of the discount, it depends if Asda insist on the price being available in your local Tesco, I suppose - which of course it won't be. Anyone tried it in Scotland?0 -
No idea here0

Bought 6 Gallo Merlot Rose today. Tried a wee sip and it's not bad but there's a taste of red wine from it so not as sweet as my normal Rose. If the JTD comes back as said previously then at less than £2/bottle I can just get on with it0

I'm new to all this glitching, so am I right to think that to get a JTD voucher, you put your receipt into the tesco pricechecker, and because the items are checked against asda on your receipt, tescos send you a voucher/coupon for the difference between the tesco price and asda price. Is it a voucher/coupon you have to print out, and if so are they accepted in tesco on any shopping or are there conditions to using them.
Thanks2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
No JTD but the Gallo Grenache is £5 a bottle and £22.50 for 6 with the 25% off, not a bad price as this wine is my fave0
