Did anybody try the mini wine gift sets by any chance. These would work out £3.38 each after the discount. Might try some if my voucher ever arrives.

Hi Guys!

Thanks for your help, I went this afternoon and bought 6 oceans edge (last 6 on shelf) and 6 fern bay (last on shelf) as I also had a £5 off £50 spend so I thought it would be rude to turn it down!

Its not quite as cheap as I said in earlier post £4.12 to be exact.

As I read sainsbury also had the deal just popped there bought 6 mcguigan classic sauv blanc (last on shelf) now I actully haven't tried the classic but I like there other savi and thought why not its 2 for £10, rather than being £7.79 a bottle, so got 6 for £30.00 and also got 25% off making it £3.75 a bottle!

Also bought oyster bay savi which was down to £7.79 bought 3 of those and 3 merlot.....so from having no wine I now have 24 bottles!! Oyster Bay Savi Blanc in tesco was £9.79.

Can I also add I completely forgot to buy anything for lunch....:rotfl:

i have just been and bought 6 bottles of the Gallo merlot rose and input on the price check. i am awaiting the reply.just one thing i am worried about, on my reciept it does not actually have the name of the wine i have bought, it just says rose wine x 6. for the people who have recieved the voucher back for this wine, did yours have the same?

Don't you worry - the printed receipt only has some much room to say what the item is but the computer systems store exactly what you bought hence it can compare accurately (when Tesco feel like it).

There are a few tricks if you don't get the email back from the pricecheck:

1. Resubmit then when you get the confirmation page, click the back button on your browser, then submit again and repeat a few times
2. If that doesn't work, try submitting again but changing the minutes in the time by 1 minute either side
3. If that doesn't work (this won't be applicable at the minute) try altering the date slightly i.e. if the day only has one digit try adding a zero to the front (from 9 to 09) or removing the zero. Same goes for the month. Obviously submit after each change.

Sometimes when you resubmit (step 1) you will be taken straight through to your voucher. There have been times when people haven't received an email or other times when they've received multiple emails.

If all else fails try asking on here and I'm sure someone will help.

P.S. Raven - I'm actually preferring the Merlot to the Grenache! Good call sir :beer:

Just to check, incase I have missed it. Would I be right in saying no one has had a JTD voucher for any reds yet??

Just went to Tesco Sealand Road Chester and they had a range of the small bottles reduced to a £1 and bought 6 so got them for 75p each !!!!
