I think if you check your prices you'll find only the 50% and £5 off worked, i.e £36 with 50% off £18 - £5 code = £13 plus £3.90 delivery = total £16.90.0 -
What are their sizes like? When I look at the size guide, it tells me to get a size up from what I normally wear. Most shops size guides are like these, and I'm usually best to go with the size I always wear instead. But they may size things small at h&M?0

Their sizes in my opinion come up small, but just slightly. I am usually a size 10 and sometimes between a 10 and a 12 (store dependant) I find that size 12 fits me perfectly in H&M. Needs to be multiples of the same item, exactly the same, same colour and size etc.
