Natwest Foundation Account Problems

Hi, not sure if anyone has any advice but here goes...
I am a long standing Natwest personal account customer with normal online and telephone banking access for my accounts.
Last week, I opened a Foundation Business Account for my Ltd company.
When I login to Natwest online using my personal customer number, I see all my personal accounts (correct), but am also able to view my foundation account, make payments from it etc. This is surely incorrect. A ltd company is a seperate legal entity so should have its own online banking and telephone banking.
If I try to use telephone banking now for personal stuff, it asks for my customer number and then only gives me balances and details for my business acount. My personal telephone banking ability seems to have vanished.
I've tried calling Natwest but they just transfer me to the business account people who assure me that this is correct so I can't even discuss my persoanl accounts with them now either!
Sorry for sounding a bit stupid...any ideas how I get my personal telephone banking back? I've tried re-registering but it says no as I am already registered. I've tried to register my business for online/telephone banking, but it says no as it already exists.
I'm left with my head scratching...........any ideas?

You need to get your business account linked to the same CIN as your personal accounts.
It might be easier if you pop into a branch to do it otherwise youll be chasing your tail with telephone banking.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
Same thing happened to me, was told that as a signatory to the account it was my login that linked it and should i ever be removed from the account it would be taken off my personal login.
I asked them to split it and was told that I would lose ALL access for 2 weeks and need new customer numbers for my personal stuff as well as my Foundation account.0 -

Did you split it or did you stay as is?
If 'as is' how do you now access your personal accounts through telephone banking?0
