My partner and I recently moved house so needed to alter the addresses of our car insurance. I am with the co-op and was charged nothing, I even received money back due to the lower risk of the area. She however is with One Quote Direct and has to pay £150. This is criminal. Can they do this? I don't mind paying a…

Contacted me asked for mot certificate after that contacted me saying my estimated miillage was low and finaly charged me an additional £250 pounds reason that my car was bought on the wrong date , when i asked to cancel they claimed my deposit and made me even owe them if you are wise guys wipe that name one quote direct off your insurance list coz they will hunt you down
