When I signup directly online, is there any kind of recommend a friend scheme? i.e. can I say that my friend recommended me so they or I (or both) get something for that?

Also, am I allowed to use Opera mini or whatever for web browsing on my phone? What are the charges for it? I do a little web browsing when out and about, mostly web forums, but don't want a huge bill for it!

Do Three offer mobile insurance through themselves/anyone else?

Finally, can you check your remaining minutes and current bill etc through your phone, or only through the three website on a computer?
