ISA question

I put £3000 in an ISA last August (lambeth) and I plan to put another £3000 into an ISA next tax year (probably First Direct). Can I transfer the £3000 from the Lambeth into a better paying ISA if I wanted to?
Thanks

Does anyone know if the amount for next year changing to 1000 pounds? Or sticking at 3000? Or don't we know yet?#5 - Save £12k in 20260
