Good news is that she's still being sighted by people - can you friend go back tomorrow (thinking if she hears Polish speaking it may help)?

    Thanks a lot...

Just spoke to my friend, she is getting a lot of phone calls, one lady offered to go to the area and she has seen hera, Police also called that they have seen her - but Hera does not want to come to anyone, runs off into some woods/bushes near by.

The lady who spotted her told my friend she will go there again around 6.30 am when it is quieter, Hera seems to be looking for a car, the lady will try to call her into a car rather then to herself, Hera may jump into the car we hope.

She may need to be trapped, my friend was trying to locate somewhere where a GS cage could be borrowed for trapping the dog or someone who could "shoot" Hera with some calming meads to enable her to trap the dog but no luck. RSPCA flatly refused to help... surprise surprise...

    Up to the top Hera...

RSPCA flatly refused to help - what a shame as they have people and equipment to catch a lost dog like this one.....

    :(

How is she with other dogs? Would a couple of well trained dogs be able to 'bring her in'? I had a border collie years ago who did this with an escapee that nobody could catch.

Getting did you ring the RSPCA national number or the branch in Maidstone? If you rang the later please try one of these numbers its the local branch they are usually a lot better than the national lot x

Maidstone general enquiries please call Daphne on 01622 891222 or Katie on 07595 997674

Someone on the BIGGSD forum has a GSD sized trap, I know someone on there made one from adapted dog crates, think it's been used for similar cases - foreign dogs not wanting to come over as they don't know anyone in this country. Maybe post up a "wanted" ad for one
