Increased Passenger Tax - Easyjet

For what it's worth, I watched an interview with Stelios himself on breakfast TV this morning. To cut a long story short, the bottom line is that Easyjets average profit per passenger last year was £2, so they cannot possibly absorb the tax increase and carry on operating for long. If that's correct, and I'm quoting, then you can sympathise with their position. You may disagree, but don't forget, this is not my opinion, I'm just the messenger.0

Kf Simpson - you are in the same situation as me. Your Nice flight should be half the price of your Belfast flight if Ryanair are following the rules, though I suspect they will not and will try and take advantage of people's confusion. I have put a post about this on other threads with little response. I will now check my bank statement to see what they have charged me.0
