If I say Yes to both questions my insurance will go up dramatically!!! So I will be penalised for someones fault!!

If you say no you'll be getting a lower premium fraudulently and could easily find your policy voided or cancelled.

I get the impression you're a little more....................... mature than the OP, which might make quite a difference ;)

    Right on the first count:D

Right that it might on the second count:D

    It may not go up...............

It wont be a dramatic rise, mine was loaded with £35.50 until the claim was settled then i was refunded it.

It's not complete nonsense. I had very similar in my late 20s. Now I'm mid 30s it makes less of a difference, but it's still £200 or so across 3 cars.

It depends on the company as to whether its their policy to raise premiums when a no fault incident is reported.

CIS and Aegis dont load the presiums on no fault incidents, been there with both of them like I said befoe.

I proceeded with the claim with my insurance yesterday and this morning have a voicemail from the third parties insurer asking to call them back.
Am I correct in thinking I do not have to return this call and speak to them?

You can do what you like, but it might be easier to deal with the TP insurer directly. You won't have to pay your excess, or sign to say that you'll cover the costs of a hire car. On the other hand, part of what you pay your insurer for is to handle stuff like this.
