Well, I managed five out of the planned seven days. Not bad, I suppose. I could have done better but hey ho.

I get paid in four days - thank gawddd!!!

My cashback is still at the 'confirmed' status and I have lots of watchers on ebay but only one bidder. Three days remain so I am hopeful.

I had a meeting yesterday in regards to my second job. All of the paperwork has been done - it just needs rubber stamping and I am good to go. Phew! An extra wage means extra repayments. I have decided to get used to my reduced main wage and throw second job earnings at the debt. I'm guessing that my new main wage is around the £1400 mark. I am praying that it isn't any lower or else I will really struggle. I know that some people manage on far less but that it them and this is me.

My prepaid envelopes from The Recyl1ng F@ctory arrived the other day - I had nearly forgotten about them. Just had a nose on ebay and I think that I am better off listing them on there. I mean, if they take *this* long to post them what are they going to be like at paying me for them?! Will list on ebay - nothing ventured, nothing gained.

How can it be Sunday evening already?! I feel cheated!

Payday in three days and counting.

My ebay listings end this week and I need to relist more of my unwanted belongings. Happy days.

I got my new payslip today and ouchhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gonna be down £300 every month!!!!!! Noooo!!!!! Oh the sooner my second job starts the better because things are going to be tighter than Scrooges purse strings.

I need to cancel my gym membership and list more stuff on ebay. I need to do a proper inventory of the food cupboards and survey, survey, survey!

Payday tomorrow **happy dance**

My ebay listings end in an hour or so. Out of the three things listed, two have bids. I bought a massive roll of bubble wrap from St@ples today so I can parcel everything up and post as soon as the winning bidders cough up. Goodness, the roll is gonna last for ages!!

I need to list more things as well. I won't be able to pay as much off my CC bill this month as I usually do. I always pay more than the minimum but I will have to use all ebay funds to top it up. I usually pay £100 plus the interest and whatever I have left over or make extra during the month. This month I will have to pay £50 and top it up with whatever extra I make during the month.

I checked my credit report last night and it is looking really good. All green ticks and the like. I know that the scoring is meaningless as all lenders have their own ratings but it is nice to be able to keep an eye on it. My mortgage deal comes to an end soon and my repayments will come down a lot. I'd love to continue paying the same amount but I will have to throw the extra at my debts before tackling the mortgage. Should be CC and bank loan debt free a lot sooner than I hoped. Fingers crossed that I do! :)

ETA: One ebay listing just ended. Something that I paid about £8 for about four years ago just went for £15 (excluding p&p) - woohoo! My second listing went for £4.99 but I have had to resist the one that didn't sell. Got just under £20 to go towards the CC. Cool!
• Sorry about the wages :( but yay for ebay!

Ohkay! I was paid yesterday and have updated my signature. Me slipping into my overdraft each month and blooming interest rates isn't helping!

I have roughly £100 to last the entire month - eek! I filled my car with petrol today (how expensive??!) so I shouldn't need any for a couple of weeks. The last full tank lasted three weeks but I did do a lot more tooing and froing (sp??) than usual.

When I have logged off here I am going to put £15 in my purse and this has to last for as long as possible. I have to post a couple of ebay parcels tomorrow and they will be dear.

Time for the next spending fast me thinks! (well after a trip to the pub tonight because it is my fortnightly catch-up night and, as I drive, I'm on soft drinks)

I only spent £1.65 tonight and I had a fab time as well. I'm guessing that postage tomorrow will be around the £8 mark so I have enough money in my coin purse to cover it. After tomorrow's spends, the spending fast shall begin. I'm aiming for five days* and any more will be a bonus

* fast one = seven days
* fast two = five days

I had made an update but somehow it was eaten - urgh!

Well, I forgot to take my parcels with me so I will have to get up bright and early and do it then.

I spent £10ish today on lunch, online bingo (this needs nipping in the bud) and the window cleaner.

Will withdraw £20 from the bank tomorrow to pay for the postage and I need to stock up on catfood and then, that will be it, the spending fast will begin on Sunday and will continue for as long as possible. I will have emergency money (about a tenner) just in case.

Saturday: completely underestimated the p&p on one of my parcels. I'm just seeing it as a learning curve! I also bought two packs of 1st class stamps. I also went to the supermarket and stocked up on catfood and treated myself to some new wool from the wool shop. Total spend: £49.11
Sunday: Was weak and spent £4 in one shop and £6 in the corner shop. Total spend: £10.00
Total weekend spend £59.11. ouch! It's amazing how the little things add up.

Well, the spending fast has well and truly begun. I have nothing planned this week so it will be lots of quiet nights in and I don't need any groceries either.

ETA: Well I am a happy bunny! I bought an item in a shop the other week for £7.99 and I sold it on ebay for £12.99. Go me! I bought another of the same item - just need to list it. Woohoo! This means that I have made £57.48 in the past 30 days. I have £41.48 (excluding paypal fees) on their way to me. Once it lands into my bank account then my CC bill will be below £500. Get in there!! I am aiming for my total amount owed to be below £7k before my next payday in 26 days time. I would love it if that happened :)

I have woken up feeling wretched!

Just done the ole internet banking and it was scary. I have £50 to last 25days and I am not going to dip into my overdraft. I'm not - this cycle has got to stop!

£25 and a few pence from paypal landed into my bank account today (still waiting for one more payment). I put £10 towards the CC debt and £15 in my emergency savings account (I have the paltry sum of £34.91 in there).

Still waiting for my cashback to become payable. I am really beginning to see both sites as to being what they truly are - a joke!

Anyway, £10 every ten days - lovely! :( Ohhh I am on a downer today.

Right - time to make my house sparkle and shine! Time to list more things on ebay :)

I received a £50 Amaz0n voucher today courtesy of the thinktank. This brings the grand total of vouchers to £90. I have spent £20 so I really have £70 :)
