Beware Tiscali Beware

Thought I'd broadcast this link as it may be of interest/help to suffering Tiscali users.
Its been set up by a friend who is having mega problems with them.

Boy oh boy have we had problems with tiscali too.
We moved house on 14th dec and told tiscali that we were moving on 8th December.Their broadband service takes 20 working days to transfer if you are keeping the same telephone number which we were!!!
It only takes 10 working days to transfer if you change telephone numbers??!!!
Good customer service already do you think???
Well after 6 weeks of phone calls and at least 5 errors by tiscali,blaming BT of course and then Bt telling us its tiscali,we finally have our broadband service back online on 23rd January!!!!
We kept telling tiscali to cancel our service and they put block on the line so we couldn't go anywhere else and would not give us the cancellation code so we were stuck.
My suggestion is if you move house do not ever ever go with tiscali!!!!
