Hi everyone
There is soooo much choice for wedding invites out there I just don't know where to start!
I've been thinking of trying ebay but just don't know if to risk it for the most important stationery purchase of my life!
Has anyone had invites from ebay and if so:

thanks

Has anyone had invites from ebay and if so:
- Which seller?
- Were you pleased with your purchase?
- Would you do it again if you had the choice or would you go to a "proper" company to buy them?
- Does it work out cheaper?
thanks

Hi, I'll take a look at the seller you used, thanks for the link.
Thanks for your advice, you're right about why pay more than you have to and 4x cheaper is definitely appealing to me!!
thanks again

They were perfect, exactly what I asked for and to get the same quality elsewhere would have cost me more than 4 times the cost. Everyone commented on how lovely they were so as far as I was concerned the fact I got them off ebay made no difference, why pay more for the same thing? I even thought about doing them myself but when I costed it it would have cost me more to do the same invitations! I saved a little money by opting to tie the bows myself and thats maybe something I'd change as it was really time consuming and frustrating at times and you can buy them with the ribbons pre-tied.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Always get a sample. Contact a few that you like the look of and I'm sure they'll sell you a sample for a £1 or post off one free for you.0

I got the invites, thank you cards and photo album off ebay.
I went for plain that then I could personalise myself. I did this with all the items so they all matched up, so same colour butterflies and gems.
Here is what I did:

Above poster,
That is actually very cool! Nice work. I would never of thought buying plain and personally designing it.Better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.0 -
