Do OSPS acknowledge when they receive your cashback claim?

My friend tells me that e2save do so I wondered amongst all you OSPS users out there what has happened for you. When and how do they acknowledge if they do?

for the last two cashback claims with osps i didnt get any confirmation, hence the reason I send it special delivery. otherwise I usually sent to e2save and cpw by recorded.

how do you mean? I send special delivery as you have to send the "original" cashback voucher filled in with a copy of the bill.. if royal mail loose it or they say they dont get it then you loose the cashback. So far has worked and have got both cashbacks within 2 weeks of sending them.

I've never had any confirmation they have got my cashback claim.

I always send in voucher + copy of airtime + copy of original invoice

    Always sent recorded.

Once they got the claim and lost it, no problem they said you sent it recorded so just fax us the airtime invoice. I did, while it was faxing the chap realised that someone had already processed the claim.

I send the item recorded, then wait a week then call on the geographic number, prepare to be on hold for 15minutes (worst) 3 minutes best. check the status of your claim.

Right so there is not a mountain of you out there burning to tell me you have received regular emails confirming receipt of your claim. So it looks as if I am best off sending it and then about a week later phoning them.
