Try the 'phone lock' option, where you need to enter a 4 digit pin. it is set to 0000 by default. the menu is under 'Settings - General - Security - Locks - Phone protection - protection'. Then change the code0 -

that only works with the sim card, so if the sim is changed the phone wont accept any sim unless you put the original sim back in0 -
What I do with mine is put it in my jeans pocket so that the screen, and the buttons, face outwards, and the camera faces my leg.
As my jeans pockets are quite tight, it tends not to roll around, and the only side that gets bumped is the side facing my leg, which has no buttons on it.

That's what I've started doing. The only worry I have is I'm going to walk into a corner of the table or something and smash the screen.
I like the phone, but the two big buttons for the key lock annoy me! Hopefully they'll come to the sense and fix it with a software upgrade. There's too much time given to unlock too.0
