Hi!
If a movie fule is AVI format in 2 halves-is there a QUICK/EASY way to join them (I'm so not technically minded) so I don't have to click on part 2 to continue (films on a USB stick via an LG BLU RAY).
Thanks!

Wow-thanks guys! I did download 'emicsoft video converter' which DID merge the 2 files-however it compressed too 900mb-should have been 1.6gb-quality NOT good at all. So I take it these 2 programmes just merge & don't compress??
I'm particularly impressed by the 'extract audio' setting on any-video....I'm going to pull out the audio from the most recent Depeche Mode concert DVD I have. Thanks guys!0 -
I've recently been using iWisoft Free Video converter and if you convert a batch of files there is a tick box to allow the files to be merged to one file.Move along, nothing to see.0

If you're a Windows user then you probably already have Windows Movie Maker.
The version which ships with W7 (v2.6) is far more stable than old versions.I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
But, if the white runs out, I'll drink the red.0 -
Avidemux is really easy and quick to use (and free of course!)0
