I have done on line application this morning, says they will ring me in next few days. Dont really think they will except me, but I have nothing to lose so we will see.0

You are over half-way there. They will confirm a few things, income and contact details and that will be that. You should have it all done by Friday if not before.0

I applied over the week-end (after seeing this thread), just had the phone call and been accepted. 59.9% interest:eek: but I won't be paying it obviously as it'll be paid off in full every month.

They didn`t with my wife or me. To be honest they will most probably know anyway by checking the CRA`s.:pB&SC No. 298

No BR question....it was pretty much just confirming what I'd already put on the application. Asked me if they could set up a minimum payment direct debit (before telling me if I'd been accepted or not so maybe how you answer that has some bearing) which I agreed to.
Tried to sell me something that they emphasised wasn't payment protection, though it sounded remarkably similar, which I declined. Asked if I wanted an immediate cash advance:rotfl:which I politely refused.
Can't remember what my credit limit is but it doesn't matter as I only plan to spend £10 a month on it and hopefully it'll be more than that:).“Procrastination is my middle name....well it would be if I could be ar**d to contact Deed Poll."0 -
Well, had the phonecall today and have been excepted!
Quite surprised. offered me a cash advance etc which I turned down.
feels strange and scary to think of having a credit card again.
Im well aware though of the very high intrest rate etc and will be using a lot of care in using it and paying off in full.
thanks to everyone for all the advice and info.0 -
Congrats, you can now start rebuilding your credit rating.0
