Hi I was driving past a camera which is installed on a traffic light. It was green so I just drove past and light flashed. I searched on the internet and found it was a duel purpose camera i.e. traffic light and speeding. Now I went back and could not see any signs of warning motorists of speed camera. I agree. It's not clear if the OP has received a NIP or if he's simply expecting one. I had worked on the basis he had.

If he hasn't, your advice;-

just play the waiting game.. and see what happens.

is correct. The SCP has fourteen days in which to serve the first NIP on the registered keeper.
