Dereham - Norfolk.
Thats a good price there! We're also in Dereham (small world 'eh?) and are currently selling our 2 bed terraced (also about 3 years old) for £127,500 which is a massive increase in value since we bought it just 16 months ago for £112k. One estate agent valued it at £117k but we knew of a couple of almost identical houses that had been sold just a few months before for around £130k, so we went to the estate agent that had handled their sales, and they said we'd def get £130k for ours owing to the great condition and high demand of the property/area. We took £127.5k as we needed to sell quickly to secure the house we wanted, but probably could've got the full price if we waited.0 -
We got an offer of £135K accepted on 3bed end of terrace (less than 5 year old). Asking price was £145K, the house was on the market for about 6 months according to EA.
