Help cancelling vocative contract

Hi, my mother sadly died in August, and I have been unable to cancel her vodafone contract as every time I call they try to put me through to the bereavement dept which either cuts me off or is an answerphone telling me their opening times which mean they should be answering. At the same time I am receiving ever more threatening letters and added charges on her account. I am at my wits end and emotionally there is only so many times I can call to hear someone read ' I am sorry for your loss' off a computer screen only to then cut me off. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations?

When you go to the register office for the death certificate, you get some forms to send off to business's , and you cn have as many as required, so get some and get them sent in, even if you phone they will require some kind of written confirmation, so what are you waiting for?
Sorry about your loss by the way.

    Hi lamplady,

Firstly, my sincere apologies. I understand that this is causing additional inconvenience and I would like to help to get this sorted out for you.

Can you send me an email to the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject and include a link to this thread.

    I can then resolve this.

    Many thanks,
