Agree with all the above, next time you sell, try and time the auction close so it gives you plenty of time to post it out.

I send an invoice, and then a couple of days later send a note saying that their goods are all ready and waiting to be sent, I just need payment and an address. Then, if they don't pay, just open a NPB. I don't have to do it often, and I've had one where they paid, one where they didn't and it was closed in my favour with no problems.
