I saw that the new website has gone live today, it looks rather nice.
Has anyone managed to find where you can view existing DD and standing orders?

Sorry, I can't help with your question - but to anyone else reading this, note that it's only changed for some people. Everyone's being phased in to the new online banking gradually. Everyone will be on it by the end of the year.0

One lesson that can be learnt from the Tesco debacle. If the change might generate phone calls, don't hit the call centre with the entire customer base all at once."It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be. But it's no longer the individual banks that are in the wrong, it's the banking industry as a whole." - Steven Cooper, head of personal and business banking at Barclays, talking to Martin Lewis0

Just had a little play - you have to look under "Manage Payees". HTH.[0

i have just had to start using the card reader ... its such a pain ....0

Really? I switched to the card because it was easier than the daft pull downs to enter the numbers of your pin code, which I could never remember properly (always entering the wrong codes!)
At least with the card reader I'm asked for a code that I use regularly anyway.0 -
Still stuck with the old system. I eventually got used to Roman numerals.

The new site is rather good I think. I like the faster payments summary screen.
I am using Firefox 3.6 and got a warning that some features might not work, but I didn't notice anything.
You can still sign in with memorable information if you don't want to use the card reader.0 -
Still on the old system here too, but at least my mySave account shows up on normal internet banking. Pity I can't actually do anything with it without logging into a totally different system. Still seems weird, that.0

J_B.
As to the new style of online banking, it's appeared this morning and I hate it (that's probably about the level of visceral reaction NW were hoping for -they'll be happy with that..)
First impressions are: I can't find my way around. The past functionality has not been improved notably (I would hazard, at all..) but I haven't found anything actually missing yet so it looks like a superficial redesign only.
They have the main NW site's cheery 'bling' look - copious use of (non functional) Flash. I did notice that they have 'improved' the security of the login - you used to be able to type the 3 selected digits straight in from the keyboard (that's a basic no-no where safety is concerned) but the new login forces you to use the drop down selection. It's funny that Nationwide actually won a Which competition with that old website. It makes you think Which aren't very bright about the things they review......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -
I still have the old view though I have just got the "coming soon" announcement when logging in.
I am not sure what benefit the redesign gives apart from some reporting tools that I am not sure that I will find a use for.
Demonstrations here.
