TalkTalk Braodband Usage

I have no comprehension of my household's broadband usage, so I discovered the facility to check this on 'My Account'.
Only it's blank, no currrent information, and no graph information for the last 3 months.
I filed an issue on the 18th, regarding the usage information, with no respons as yet, but TT have logged the fault as 'Slow Broadband'
Well that as well, but I didn't report that.
I though I'd register with the forums for advice, and the system thinks either my email or acct number is incorrect or inactice, but that isn't the case. I clicked the contact us option for problems registering, and was told to register and ask a question...D'oh!
I'm getting a little fed up, slow speed, no email through outlook, and now this.
As I have several computers, I'd prefer to get the information direct from TalkTalk.
Anyone can help??

There's a TT rep browses this forum. He might be able to help - sit tight.
If you've used the online Contact Us form at the TT website then you should get a response within 48 hours regarding registering with the TT members forum.0 -
Not getting your email through Outlook is not going to really be a TT issue-it'll relate to how you have set up the account in Outlook. What server addresses have you used?No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Email is all set up correctly, and used to work.
Seems to be an ongoing issue with TT not accepting email address and password, eventhough they are correct.
I can't register with the forum, which I do need to do to post, as it thinks my telephone and acct number don't match or they are not a live acct. I used the contact us form for people having problems registering, and was told to register and post a question...well I cant!

Sorry to ask the obvious, but are you entering the right username into the Outlook account-that is the main info required in addition to the password.

With regards the slow speed is your WiFi Secure ?

Did you log in using your Talktalk email address?
I have all of their emails sent to my Talktalk email account but don't use it for anything else.
No problems with checking my broadband usage. Currently showing daily usage for October and summary for the previous 3 months0 -

Umm? I don't think I have a TT email address. Now I sound really thick, but my email is XXXXX@tiscali.co.uk
As a former tiscali customer, I've never had, or been notified of a TT email address.
I can see all of my bill information, and look at my bills, just no information what so ever regarding my usage.
