stove questions

We have a Parkray Cumbria 111 installed yesterday and it doesn't seem to have fire bricks inside it. The old one did have and I was wondering if this is normal ?
Also with the old stove which was a Charnwood, we ran it 24/7 for most of the year... not sure if we can do the same with this one. Where could I find out , does anybody know?

I know that some stoves have a cast iron liner instead of firebricks.

The ones that jump out, off the top of my head, are some of the euroheat range.

Does this stove have a cast iron liner?

Under spares for your stove it doesn't list firebricks so i guess it doesn't have them :-)

As to your other question. Honestly didn't you ask what it was capable of before parting with some £££'s? (sorry if that sounds rude). I'd ask parkray or the installer :-)

The HA installed it many thanks for that, I didnt think to look in the spares list! The pl;umber who installed it didnt seem to know much about them, is only his second one ever.
