Hi Snail's pace, oh what a name to get done for speeding, sorry but had to laugh. Right serious now --- had a word with my brother he is a PC. (sorry) He stated that if there is any discrepancy with any paperwork involved eg. the date on the fine then legally the Police or courts cannot enforce any action. His advice is to photo copy the ticket and send it with a letter stating that you were not driving on that road on that date on the ticket.
DO NOT pay the fine, they will drop it. Inside advice from my Policeman Brother. Would like to know the outcome!!!!!!!!!0
