I agree with the other posters, you need to be way more realistic. There ate plenty of other people out there who are willing to pay double what you are. When it comes to Apple products, you barely have any bargaining chips because if you won't pay full price, some other mug will.
Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug). ;)

He's bending the truth on that just abit, the cost of the phone would be £169 and you only get 300 minutes on a £31 a month tariff, and also there are no deals on the less than a week old iPhone.

I got the Iphone 4s on orange £31 a month 100 mins unlimited data and 1gb data, and the handset for free 2 days ago :D

The difference there is you only got 100 minutes of calls, they're hoping you go over your allowance

Still, a pretty good deal, do you have proof of this?

Sorry ive been a bit slow to reply,
so the possibility of some deals are about. Im all in for £31 100 minutes, text and data with a free handset.
Same as the other poster regarding a deal around this price.
Thats exactly what im looking for!

They will give me as an upgrade £31 24 months 200 mins 250 text 500mb data for £169 i think...Id much rather hit up an 18 month contract with the iPhone though as its roughly an 18 month rule!

To be honest, I got the deal by complete fluke.

I went on buymobilephones.net on the 15th Oct and they had a deal for an Iphone 4 on the deal i've just mentioned, for free. I thought they were trying to get rid of the last of their stock.

So I ordered the iphone 4, and then they said it was out of stock and they weren't getting any more for 2 weeks.

I cancelled the order 17th as I didn't want to wait 2 weeks. I got a phone call on the 18th to say the Iphone 4 is discontinued and if i didn't cancel the order would i accept an iphone 4s as a replacement. I accepted and it arrived on the 19th.

Looking at the buymobilephones.net website now the iphone 4 is gone from it and the have the 8gb iphone instead on there.
