I would give it a go, but am reluctant to pay the cost of phoning CS unless I might get reponse!
thanks for any help
I've phoned for a PAC code from several networks : Orange, 3, o2 and Virgin, and've never been passed on to, or indeed heard of, PAYG retentions. Sorry.0 -
oh well, i won't do that then, unless i get bored sometime, just for something to do!!
thanks though0 -
O2 PAYG do have a Retentions Dept.
They once gave PAYG Customers a Call Bolt on 500 for £25.00 per month which gave 500 X Net Mins if you were thinking of leaving the network. Not sure if there still doing it now.
Worth a phone call to find out!0 -

yeah i got this from them a year or so back, or for £35 you can have 750 mins. But i was hoping for a nice shiny new phone, lots mins and reduced line rental on a pay monthly!
unlikely i know, but i can dream!
If i phone i will let you know what happens0 -
do you still get that offer?0

too be honest i haven't used it for a few months, as my use age dropped for a while, but last time i used it i did. I might start using it again though as vodafone are p*$$ing me off at the moment,
and combined with the off peak mins you get for spending more than £15/£20 or whatever it is, which also came with the £25 I used to end up with more mins than i know what to do with!0
