Want Telewest TVDrive

Hi, I've been a Telewest customer for years, a couple of months ago I rang then (after reading a thread on here) & got them to reduce my monthly bill. I currently have their lowest Broadband, essential tv & telephone package.
I want to upgrade to their new TVDrive, which lets you record programs, upto 2 at the same time onto hard drive & watch a different program at the same time.
However, whilst the additional monthly cost would be £15, I am really not happy at being charged £75 installation.
Has anyone got this service, if so, did you have to pay this installation?
