Don't waste any more time on them, cancel in writing due to their breach of contract and send by recorded delivery.

tried my best guys, they are adamant I cannot cancel and they are sending me a disclaimer to send I didn't receive it, they will then offer to send me a phone or cancel, they have said the will reimburse monies paid for line rental and £10 for me using works phone.
My emotional stress and time is "unquantifiable" so that's it.
I remember the good old days when we just had landlines........
My advice: DON'T use Dial a phone.

If you can get the same deal elsewhere then I would just go for it. Cancel in writing as above.

But they already have acknowledged that you haven't received it, because it was lost between themselves and the courier.
So it's not in dispute that the courier never despatched it to you!

Fax a cancellation stating the reasons, keep copy & the reciept for transmission. Simple as, in writing and legally acceptable in a court of law.
