vodafone makes me angry!
 I took over a contract 3 months ago, which my mother in law had taken out for my daughter. my problem is for the last 3 months they have been charging me £50 instead of £30. when I phoned the 1st month they said it would only happen for that month as I had changed the phone number and personal details so they had billed me for 6 weeks. It happened again the 2nd month, again I phoned they said sorry and said it was sorted. now the 3rd month it has happened again! I phone AGAIN! only to find the male on the phone does not listen to me I have to explain a number of times, eventually he gets rude and stroppy says its sorted, says he has credited my account with £20 then hangs up!! I am so angry when you phone vodafone it takes at least 15 mins to get through, and the problem is never sorted.going into the shops is not an option either where as they are very helpful, they cannot help as I have to phone customer service myself. I tried complaining on line but they said the page was not available at that time. how convenient for them! i want to leave vodaphone do any of you people know how i can go about this. a very, very angry vodafone customer

Follow their formal complaint procedure, then complain to the ombudsman.
If they overcharge you ask your bank for a refund under the DD guarantee.0 -
thanx, I will try that and see what happens,( am not holding out much hope though) but am still unhappy. All I want is someone to listen to me and not hang up the phone. they really need to sort out their customer services. if we are late with our bills they are not shy in getting in touch for their money, the other way round and they could not care a less. its so unfair after all the have a service to provide.0
