How do the evouchers work with this price guarantee?
I was informed i'd get a voucher for £7.07 and looking in my ASDA groceries online account I have a voucher for 2p and a voucher for 5p = 7p.
Will they add £7 at a later date or has something gone slightly wrong?0 -
I handed over my £5 off voucher on tuesday only to be told i could`nt use cos i had`nt saved the original reciept from a few weeks back !! It was in small print on the voucher !!!0

I would suggest you tell them you also got an apg voucher (besides the £5 off £40 voucher) and when you used it on a small shop the till operative took it off you at that time. What were you to do "say no" -ask at the c.s desk if anything can be done.I'd like to teach the World to sing in perfect Harmony:j

I live in a moderately sized town containing an Asda,Morrison & Tesco Extra (all in close proximity) and it's obvious they are all in the price plan with each other, as one puts the price down the other two traders items mysteriously disappear from the shelves therefore unavailable. you can compare but can't buy it .Mmmmmm! Thank goodness we have an Aldi their business is booming.
Tesco still offer a Rain Check voucher where by they give you a little receipt at the c.s desk to say you can have that special offer price when it comes back into stock - some staff say they dont know about it but if you push a little - they will ask a manager who usually knows about it.I'd like to teach the World to sing in perfect Harmony:j

I done a huge food shop as Asda yesterday, not my favourite store, but was convenient and thought i could get the five pound voucher .......
When i've put the codes in this morning to see if its 10% cheaper, they claims is £26 cheaper than Tesco, £21 cheaper than Sainsburys, £11 cheaper than Ocada, but cant compare against Morrisons because their data is out of date ........ so i read the small print and the only supermarket they say they cant give up to date prices is Morrisons (this covers themselves). Sneaky if you ask me, I will use my £5 voucher but wont do my main shop there again, have always preferred Morrisons, on quality and price.
Anyone know anymore about this get out clause they have with Morrisons prices?0 -
We probably save £20-30 a week by shopping at Morrisons. Plus the staff there actually seem to care.
I only shop elsewhere if I know offers are on and to stock up.0 -

To embarrassingly quote myself, the £7 has now turned up in £2 and £5 vouchers.:o
The only problem I have now is my partitally colour blind eyes working out if my vouchers are Bronze or Gold, which makes a difference to how many can be used in one shop.
I also agree Morrisons tends to work out a bit cheaper (shame they don't have an online service as my one is a decent walk away) and I find I save if i'm prudent in Iceland too.0 -

Morrisons don't have a home delivery service so there isn't a readily available source of price data. From time to time they will manage to get hold of it but with the others (Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys and Ocado) the online shopping service gives instant access to the full range of prices.
Miroslav - you can use all the available price checker vouchers in one go including the £5 one - I had over £13 off this weeks shopping due to having 2 weeks price checker vouchers and one £5 one. Having just run Tuesday's delivery I've got another £6 in guarantee vouchers and another £5 from a £90 shop (higher than normal this week as didn't do one last week).Adventure before Dementia!0 -
