    Debt-free and Proud!
Had a mammoth cooking session yesterday whilst OH was out at the footy, and have made quite a few meals I can pull out of the freezer in a morning to defrost ready to heat up when we get in from work, quick meals so we're not tempted to be lazy and get takeaways. Stopped writing a specific weekly menu because there were days when OH would spend moaning about what was down for a set day - now I get him to choose in the morning

Breakfasts - cereal, porridge or toast (weekend - eggs or beans on toast or bacon butty)
Lunches - egg, cheese, tuna or sliced gammon sandwiches
Evening meals - chilli pasta sauce, chilli con carne, beef stew, chicken and leek pie, spicy sausage pasta sauce, shepherds pie (all from freezer) HM tuna fishcakes, HM pizza
