Sorry all - haven't got anywhere yet.
I really need to do a new inventory of the freezer and see what's in there and then get a "shop" on Monday when DM comes.
Decided to leave the chicken where it is just now - I did think of chopping up and putting in the SC but without any veg it again seems a waste.

Hi all!
I hope you don't mind me posting, but I'm terrible at meal planning and I'm hoping posting this will help me stick to it. Let's see...
1: Cauliflower biryani... yum! I'm adding some lamb this time though, cos I have quite a few packages of leftovers in the freezer.
2: Chicken and broccoli pasta
3: Fish Pie
4: Shredded Chicken Quesadillas
5: Fish and Chips
I haven't decided on which days the above meals will be served, but that's what we're having. Friday/Saturday will be something like beans on toast/soup or something like that, because I'm only here myself.
Breakfasts will be shreddies/porridge/toast with yoghurts and fruit.
Lunches for little one consist of sandwiches (I've tried pasta salads/cous cous/quiche - everything that she eats at home, to give some variety - but the only thing she'll eat at school is sandwiches!), frozen yoghurt, a little tub of raisins/peanuts/dried apricots ('fruit gums') and a tub of either fruit (cherries/strawberries/raspberries/grapes, etc) or cucumber and pepper/carrot sticks. Her snack for play time is a banana.
Drinks are tea, milk and water.
The only thing I anticipate having to buy this week is fresh fruit.0 -
