Orange Complaints Dept

Hi, my boyfriend wrote a letter to orange to complain last year after being charged for a phone that he received and sent back (they sent him the same phone twice...). Its only a tenner and orange passed it to a debt collection agency so he paid it before legal proceedings were started, and now he is trying to a) get the money back and b) for orange to remove the credit black mark against his name for the unpaid debt. Anyway he received no reply so we sent the letter again, with another covering letter, by recorded delivery. its now been 3 weeks and i know they received it cos we tracked it with the recorded delivery, and hes still had no reply. We dont really know what to do! how bad is their customer service department?!!

any ideas of what we can do now?

Have written to both of these addresses and have had no response! Starting to feel like im hitting my head against a brick wall now!

Probably an obvious question, but have you quoted the account number, phone number(s) and your address to proove you are who you say you are?
