Awww I'm the same, I don't know much about child rearing but I do think everything should be everything in moderation. I have quite hippy parents and I wasn't allowed sweets or chocolate when I was little. My mum said it was quite embarrassing when we went to children's parties as the other children would be playing whilst my sister and I hoovered up the party food table.
I think rebellion was inevitable during our teenage years as most of my friends tried to sneak cigarettes and alcohol past their parents we would have bags full of the hard stuff (Mr kipling French Fancies).Life is like a sandwich, the more you put it in then the tastier it gets.............just go easy on the :spam:0 -

You know...what with a nasty bit of heatstroke, and the weather being what it is, and my inner snowwoman seriously suffering, I've actually gone off chocolate a bit.:o
Though if I hadn't, the thought of baby sick would've definately finished me off!!:rotfl:
Anyhoo, lots on this week as get the keys on Friday and have yet more stuff to sort and get ready for the move, etc. I swear, I honestly don't know where it all came from - though I've already got a nice ebay list going...
On that - interesting chat with a friend this evening about the postage changes hitting ebay badly...anyone feeling that on the 'front line'?
And an mse moment - is it weird to be excited to be back in a position where budgeting is both required, and easier as I'll be the only one in the house? I swear, MSE has warped my mind! :eek:0 -

good luck Nora with your move, i'm sure it's going to be fab for you.
i visited the site you recomended for buttons and it's fab, i could spend loads on there specially on the sausage dog ribbon, thank goodness it was out of stock otherwise i would have bought some. I'm going to pass the details on to a friend as she can't finish a knitted jacket because the buttons she's seen in the shop are too expensive.0
