Virgin, pay back deal & reception
Hi,
I'm looking to change from Vodaphone as we have a really bad reception at home. I've done a quick search and Virgin have some good deals where you claim back the money by sending in your statement. Does this actually work, do they assume we'll forget and not claim? Also does anyone know what Virgin's reception is like?
And finally....would I be silly to look for deals without a phone or is this not possible? I'm happy with my phone and it seems extravagant to get a phone when it's unnecessary but all the deals seem to include one.
Thanks,
Annie

Virgin Mobile runs on T-Mobile's network. Have a look here to locate T-Mobile transmitter info where you are....

Their is no need to get a new phone as long as your existing phone will take a Virgin sim card,as Virgin do sim card only deals.
See http://www.virginmobile.com/vm/paymonthlySimOnly.do
The beauty of these is that unlike a full contract, there's no minimum term and no ties. After your first month, you're free to leave when you choose. So it gives you chance to try them out.0 -
Thank you very much for your helpful replies. I'll make my decision soon!0
