Read the thread properly. I was responding to Michael Hampshire, not the OP.
maybe this should be cut out and a new thread started to avoid confusion
in response to michael tho
was the ticket for a council pcn or a scam pcn, just because the car was removed from a private parking bay does not mean that their was no outstanding ligit tickets issued by the council.
this is what needs to be established.0 -

This sounds like theft of the car to me, please what would be the best approach to get the unlawful charges back? .
do you mean Withdrawal of Implied Right of Access???
if its for civil debt then she must write to the company who is sending people to withdraw right of access
a notice in the window may well be a lolli-pop wrapper
but you cannot withdraw Implied Right of Access for anything to do with magistrates courts fines or under the TMA act 04 as a bailiff, with the correct warrants are court ordered to attend and this superseeds any withdrawal notice0 -
General advice, a Bailiff is only a bailiff whilst they are operating under court warrant :
If they can not produce the court warrant they claim to hold they become trespassers and can be removed from the premises by force.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

this is what needs to be established.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
