ok have done scan with maleware all ok there and also done new highjackthis at the moment lappy seems a lot quicker. is all ok here?

Can you post the malwarebytes log please: open malwarebytes, LOG tab at top and pick the scan you talk about and copy over into here.

Also apparently the ALOT toolbar can slow the computer down and give infections so can you uninstall it from the control panel?

you have got lexmark and epson software installed, do you need both?

well i have lexmark and epson printer although not using epson at present so maybe could get rid of epson.

I don't know what the samsung software is for, my laptop is a samsung so it obviously came with that unless its for my samsung galaxy phone??

well we use google to search is bing a separate one? i will get rid of the update bit though.

you can use google to search by setting it as the homepage.

bing bar has probably been uninstalled.

presumably you want roboform?

tick and fix these in hijackthis to cleanup
