Royal Mail Late Delivery for a phone

Bought a phone from e2save and had guarenteed delivery by 1pm. I waited in the house till about 1.10pm - noone came. I left the house and returned at 3 only to discover the postman came at 1.20pm (20mins late).
There's no way that i can go to the postoffice now to collect it (moved away from my city).
Can i let e2save deal with collecting the phone back from Royal Mail and hopefully cancelling the contract (without any charges being incurred)?
