Wonder if it was from a comp that you all entered on here that he got your details? I am a bit dubious about some of the sites I enter but thats the risks you take.

probably, even when you tick the boxes im still skeptical, and some sites dont even have tick boxes its in the t&c that they can share your info:mad: still im not fussed about a few sales calls its when their constant that do me head in

Same number has been calling me several times over the past few weeks - I never answered as googling tem came over this and other threads.. sigh.....

Oh thank god! I had this last week but the guy wasnt very nice at all. I told him to take me off his mailing list, he's a scammer and I want no part in it. His reply was to whisper down the phone 'F you'! I then told him how disgusting he was a swiftly hung up. The phone went again, this time before I even said 'hello' he asked me; 'stroke my ****'. I was pretty horrified so slammed the phone down(landline) and he persisted to call another 15 times! I didnt answer again butI did ring BT and have them trace the number. I did have to answer a call again from him to be able to do this and type in a code. He continued his disgusting comments and I left him on the phone long enough so they could trace it and hung up. He continued to call until 5.30pm, BT managed to trace it and will call me next week with their findings and bar his number for me

had a missed call from 02070597699 today, so i searched the number and found loads of comments on this, they must think we are all stupid:rotfl:

Soo annoying.. my husband has been getting these calls but I havent (his not very happy with me lol) and I have only ever entered his details for Shortlist, nuts, maxim, and the dennis publishing ones as I dont enter those in my name because they are aimed at men- surely they are all reputable and wouldnt sell on?!

I had a phonecall from themyesterday, he was rather difficult when I made my excuses not to buy his lottery tickets - kept saying but you will win £1000's and I will be able to take all my friends shopping.

oh my goodness nat, thats disgusting! glad BT r going to trace it, they have phoned me a few times since aswell but i have blocked the number so it doesnt even bother me, all i get is a missed call alert! would love to know where they are getting the details from...they knew everything from my name and address down to DOB, phone number and email!

Had three missed calls from this number in the last two days. Glad I diddn't waste my time answering. Thanks for the warning.
