I have been walking Ripley this morning, but the total is not not rising - i emailed Pedigree yesterday re the site keep freezing and asked for somebody 'techie' to look at the site.

Clearly this morning there is a problem because out of walking Ripley 7 times, the totaly only went up by two!

I too agree that there is a poor response - I think as well as this thread has been merged, it has been buried.

It is on Pets and Pet care, which not so many people look at as grabbit - I think it should be on grabbit too, doesn't take two minutes to grab Ripley's lead!

its not a grabbit. which part of that don't oyu get?

I get that it aint a money grabbit (unfortunately) else more people would have bothered! Pity it dont come free with a chocolate orange and it would have made thousands.

It's nice to GIVE a little too, not just grab!

But I am sure there is more to grabbit than just greed, DO YOU GET ME??

I was not the OP but obviously the OP believed that it belonged on grabbit, else wouldnt have posted it there, and probably thought it would get the most viewings.

I just think it's a pity it is in a place not seen by a great number of people, whilst it is pets and pet care, I know people who wont look at this area (because they dont have pets) but nonetheless would be willing to take the trouble to do something for a good cause.

Have just tried walking Ripley (6 times in fact), the total is still at 51,089 hits, £46,225. Screen keeps freezing too.

Have emailed Pedigree yet again (not had response to first email) asking for a techie person to look at the site.

The site was flying last night, but if it doesn't get sorted out people get frustrated and give up.

No, by looking at the numbers of views on the post, not the replies.

done my virtual walk with Ripley :) shared on Twitter and Facebook!
  • There seems to be a problem with the site, I've just spent an hour and 8/9 attempts to take Ripley for a walk, but cannot get past the first icon, the toy. After that it just says donations unlocked and will not go any further. Any suggestions please. Thanks.
  • rose...just keep clicking the proceed ith walk button to the right at bottom and dont bother clicking the toy tab, it cuts out a lot of time then. if screen freezes just refresh x

  • Almost 51k now and moving quite quickly. Just "walked" Ripley twice, but for some strange reason, I keep getting stuck in Bournemouth! (refesh option works though)

this happene to me a lot, just hit your Refresh, it is the F 5 key on the top row (if I type this together it refreshes what I am typing).

You just have to re-enter where you have left, and it should take you to the end.

I have emailed Pedigree 4 times now with no response, and asked for a techie person to look at the site.

It was like this this morning for me, but at lunchtime now it is okay again.

    Please keep trying though. Thanks.
