Hi, had another reply from Pedigree today about the ongoing problem, at least they are aware of it and this is why:

Thanks for getting in touch about your experience with the Pedigree Adoption Drive website.
When you take Ripley on her virtual walk you get redirected to 4 different websites - it is these smaller sites that are struggling to cope with the high volume of traffic and we are working with the organisations to try and increase their server space.
We really appreciate the feedback and I have forwarded your comments on to the Marketing Manager so that she is aware that people are still experiencing problems. I am sure she will see if there is anything else we can do.
I have just taken Ripley for a walk myself and although the first page took a minute or so to download the others then ran quite smoothly.
Thank you for your support and we would really appreciate it if you kept trying.
