Help fixing Time PC

Have you tried starting the PC with a copy of the correct version of Windows XP in the CD/DVD tray? This has worked for me in the past with a laptop that just kept rebooting itself due to a missing file.0

I found that the key on the COA wasn't the same as the key found by using the Key Recovery tools as Time used the same key for loading on multiple machines. May have changed since though.
FWIW I found that it wasn't necessary to have the same service pack version of Windows XP Home.
You can get Time recovery CD's off Ebay quite cheaply. Do a search for Time Reload. This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!
