  • ok great thank you :) dont think ill get much but u never know x
  • Cant say i experienced all the pushing and madness that you guys have been talking about on here!!!

Wolverhampton probably had about 10 people queuing outside at 8am and a couple of them seemed to head for the food section anyway.

Was very civilised - people looking casually.

(Think it was quiet generally as theres a new TK Maxx opening round the corner which people seemed to be queuing for instead as 1st £500 people through doors get vouchers off goods. )

To be fair my kids bday and christams list is huge so only picked up a couple of things and couldnt remember what they have asked for.

Got Hello Kitty Plush, Baby born with horse, hello Kitty house, Frustration, Disney Princess hair acessories and VTech laptop

Couldnt see any of the dancing Mickeys but knwoing my luck I probably walked straight past them.

Will pop back after work to see what else may be there.

Just got back from both fosse park and belgrave stores in Leicester and ooops ive spent £190....I was only planning on spending £100. Fosse park was crazy and there was about 100 people queing by 7am and going mad pushing eachother and abandoning trollies to get to the toys. I waited till it calmed down and got some bits as they were bringing trollies out every few minutes anyway. Then I went to belgrave and there was hardly anyone in there and loads of good toys. They had lots of sylvanian families , zhu zhu, lego, games, dolls etc it was much more peaceful. I also used a £10 off coupon I had :)

i went to darnley this morning at just after 8am and it was madness, people had trolleys piled high with toys, some even had 2 trolleys, there were only two aisles for the toys and you could barely get down them. i deposited hubby (i roped him in as its on his route to work lol) with toddler in the trolley at the end of one of the aisles but out of the way and squeezed down the aisle myself. i managed to get :-Plydoh huge canister £9.99, playmobil girls carry case (with horses) £7.50, playdoh 4 pack £1.50, vtech kidiminiz x 2 £7.50 each Leapfrog scribble and write £9.99, Duplo winnie the pooh £5, Lego board game thing £5, a fshing game £2.99, Thomas whistle and go £7.50, winnie the pooh floor puzzle £3, lamaze musical inchworm, £6.50, lamaze monkey £4 and a hugggggeeee step2 easel with white board/chalk board etc for £27
i am well chuffed as thats me all done for kids xmas/ birthdays for the next 6 months wooohoo!!

by the way the baby toys were in a different section by the baby nappies etc, loads of walker, jumperoo type things and other toys and no-one was there as they obviously didnt realise! worth checking out if ur after baby things!!
  • Just got back from Silksworth store, had lots of stuff and refilling shelves all the time. No Mickeys on shelf all gone and cant tell you if more as dont know until they empty boxes. Well worth a visit.
  • I just got back from Stevenage Corey's Mill branch and there was lots of everything - Lego, Ben 10, Star Wars, dancing Mickeys. I got my boy 2 Ben 10 figures that he is missing for £3.49 each :-)
It was very civilised, I was expecting the shelves to be bare by that time but they were bringing even more stuff out as I left!

Went to west hove about 830 (couldn't drag toddler out much earlier as felt mean!). Quite alot left but no Lego! (I did find someone's 'stash' though! Thought it a bit naughty!! Didn't have a dancing mickey though :( not sure if I missed or there weren't any. Overheard one of the staff saying they had already had 80% of delivery so only 20% more to get for the week. And that next year they are asking for more lego because its all gone already. In my opinion Eastbourne is better. Might pop down at the weekend.
